Upload your logo, choose your theme, and make Carepatron feel like your practice. Your brand shows up on the portal, intake emails, invoices, and the booking page.
Why brand first
Branding is the first thing clients see when an intake email lands or they open the booking page. If you skip it, every appointment confirmation, every invoice, every portal screen ships with placeholder logos. Spend ten minutes on this now and every other piece of client-facing comms inherits your brand for free.
Upload your workspace logo
Go to Settings → Workspace settings → Details → Workspace branding → Update logo. PNG or JPEG, up to 5MB. This is the logo that shows on the workspace header, on intake-form emails, on the client portal, and on the booking page. Changes save instantly, reload the workspace to see them everywhere.
Sidebar logos (expanded and collapsed)
Same branding section. Upload an expanded logo for when the left menu is open and a collapsed logo for when it's been minimised. The collapsed version displays as a small snapshot, a full wordmark won't read well at that size. Both live under the workspace branding section.
Theme colour and invoice logo
Workspace-wide theme colour lives at Settings → My Profile → Theme → Edit and applies across the whole team's view (anyone who already picked a personal theme keeps theirs). Invoice logo is separate, set it at Settings → Billing → Invoices → Edit → Theme → Logo. The split exists because some practices want a different (typically more formal) wordmark on invoices than on the portal.
Five branding touches worth getting right.
If your time is short, do these five in order, each takes a minute.
PNG or JPEG, under 5MB.
Upload a small version under Logo (Collapsed). Without it, the collapsed menu shows a default.
A version with your practice name in full, often more formal than your sidebar logo.
Match your website. The workspace, emails, and portal all pick it up.
After saving, open the client portal at app.carepatron.com/Portal and confirm it looks right.
What file formats does Carepatron accept for logos?
PNG and JPEG. Max file size is 5MB.
Can I use different logos for the expanded and collapsed sidebar?
Yes, upload them separately under Settings → Workspace settings → Details → Workspace branding. A square mark works best for the collapsed version.
Will my logo show up on emails to clients?
Yes, once uploaded, your workspace logo applies across client-facing surfaces. The invoice logo is a separate field for billing-specific branding.
Does the theme colour apply to all team members?
Yes, unless a team member has previously picked their own theme colour, in which case theirs stays. New team members inherit the workspace colour by default.
Which plan includes workspace-wide theme colour?
Theme colour customisation is part of Carepatron's white-labeling feature and is available on the Advanced plan. Custom branding (including logo upload) is available on Plus and Advanced.
Can I update the invoice logo without changing the workspace logo?
Yes. Settings → Billing → Invoices → Edit → Theme → Logo. Use this for a more formal version that lives only on invoices.
How long does branding take to apply?
Branding changes apply once saved. Reload the workspace if you don't see them propagate.
